Root Canal Treatment
Endodontics refers to root canal treatment. A root canal may sound scary, but with our usage of the latest technology, you can rest assured you will experience minimal discomfort—in fact, a root canal will alleviate your tooth pain! This treatment is necessary when you have an infection that has reached the pulp of the tooth. The pulp contains the nerves of the tooth, which is why a patient may experience significant pain in a tooth requiring a root canal. During the procedure, we remove the infected pulp, seal it with a medicated material that prevents further damage, and restore the tooth’s strength and appearance with a crown.

Dentures
An implant is a titanium post surgically inserted into the gums where the root of the tooth used to be. It melds to your jawbone to create a new “root” for the artificial tooth, bridge, or denture. Alex lost a front tooth as a youngster and the teeth next door had shifted together. We looked at many options, including orthodontics, but Alex was not interested in braces. After quite a bit of conversation and planning, we were able to place two full-coverage ceramic crowns and close the space.
Invisalign Orthodontics
The Invisalign process begins with Dr. Friedman taking impressions of your smile, which will then be used to create your series of customized aligners. You will wear each set of aligners for about two weeks before moving on to the next set. The aligners will gradually shift your teeth into the correct position. Treatment time depends on your unique situation.
Braces
