Dr. Tanquilut was born in Chicago and raised in the southwest suburb of Orland Park. He earned both his bachelor’s degree and his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Illinois. As a graduate student, he completed an externship in oral surgery.
Maxillofacial Surgery
After dental school, Dr. Tanquilut completed a General Practice Residency Program (GPR) at Cook County Hospital in Chicago. He rotated through various different departments during his residency, including internal medicine, anesthesiology, and oral and maxillofacial surgery.
