Westerly Health Center

put your loved ones in this facility at your own risk. i used to work for them and they are very good about lying manipulation and not really caring about their employees. i left my job there with no notice, i did not walk out in the middle of a shift and since then they have fired their staff on a continual basis. also they think that it is ok to have 3 staff on day and 4 staff the next for their longer term patients. i as a cna and a soldier in the military find this highly deplorable. would you want your mother and father in a place that cannot retain staff, think about it. the benefits of a good staff include knowing the patients, their whims, their personalities. wouldnt you want someone taking care of your loved ones to know how your loved ones behave, even with serious health ailments. i would recommend the watch hill manor or the clipper home for your needs, they are newer facilities, cleaner and have a much better track history than the westerly health center. i recognize the fact that some people have good memories about this place and its true, however in the year i worked their and the past few years that i have not but have had contact with former friends in the company i hear more bad than good. thank you for taking the time to read this
