Piper Steam Carpet

My dog had an accident on my carpet while I was at work. I didn’t know who to call. I asked a friend and she told me she used Piper Steam Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners before and they did an amazing job on her carpets. So I called them and the were able to come the next morning before I left for work. They really did a great job. You can’t even tell that there was ever a stain there. And their products are animal friendly!! I am very pleased with the job they did.

Our family just was about to move to a new house, Unfortunately the contractor got the carpet dirty the day before our moving! We are on the way with a truck full of furniture and we needed the carpet clean and dry before we got there or we would be stuck. My husbands co-worker recommend we call this company because they give great service. We called and explained the situation, and told them we need carpets finished and dry within 6 hours. They sent 2 workers who were there within an hour cleaning all the carpets, and they left 2 huge air blowers to accelerate the drying. When we got there that evening, they were there to take out the dryers and we started moving in immediately. Im so thankful for their immediate response and excellent service. They saved us a lot of time and headache.

I have used Piper several times and they always do a good job. They schedule at my conveniene which makes it very easy for me. They have done many cleanings for me in my home for carpets, rugs, couches, and furniture. They all look great. I look forward to calling them whenever I need something cleaned

I have this offwhite color carpet which had stains, especially by the windows. They cleaned it completely after going over the trouble area 3 times. The carpet looks very very clean and I am thankful for the great service they provided.

We were moving into a new house we purchased in Long Island. The previous owners had 3 dogs and were moving out a few days before we had planned to move in. Being the mother of a newborn, I was very concerned with all the pet hair, dander and bacteria left by the dogs throughout the house, and especially in the carpets where my precious would be spending much of the day. I ordered a carpet cleaning 2 weeks ahead of time, for the day after the previous owners were leaving. They came right on time, 8:00 AM and spent 3-4 hours carpet cleaning the entire house. They assured me that they were aware of the situation that I was concerned for my baby, and they used only natural and safe cleaning materials. They did a very professional job, and went over several tough spots multiple time. They also removed the padding completely from one room where the dogs spent much of the time, and replaced it with brand new padding. I was very pleased with the service and attention I got. Even though it seems like they are just a small local company, they did a very good job. We love our new home and our clean carpets, and I truly feel confident that the carpets are thoroughly clean, and that my baby can roll and crawl on a clean and safe floor.
