By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Customer service is garbage. They argue with the customer, they ignore phone calls, never update the customer when updates are due. Very surprised that they are still in business. Highly recommend to go elsewhere more competent, professional and reliable.

Best customer ever see they have real nice rug and furniture modern and traditional. The salesperson are really very helpful easy to communicate with them

Please do not order from these incompetent unprofessional people. They seemed oh so pleasant when they took my order and money but after that it was all down hill. I ordered a bench to go at the foot of my bed. They assured me it would be ready in 3 days. 7 days later I drove to pick it up and it was not ready. A week later it was not ready. I finally grew impatient and they promised they would deliver it. Low and behold they delivered the complete wrong thing. Now we are two weeks in and still no bench. They assured me that the following week they would bring the correct Bench. They did not. They told me they actually do not have the item in stock and I would have to wait another 10 days for them to order it. It's been almost 3 weeks and I just want a refund. They said that I need to drive to their store to bring the incorrect item they delivered and get a refund. I called my credit card company to cancel the order and told them to pick up their furniture or else it will be on the curb. This is by far the worst service I've had ordering furniture. Please do not order anything from this place. The SUCK

Terrible customer service, they don't show up on time !!! Do not back up their own products.
