Focused, intelligent, but tender, care, mainly administered by Breanna, and assistants. No detail of your condition goes unattended. From the main and obvious condition, to the peripheral minor pain. In the instant case, Brianna wouldn't let a passing reference to a dizzy spell pass without administering tests not related to my primary care. This is where other providers might not show the same level of service. In any event this company is first class. Professional. And Brianna is the heart of the organization, both figuratively and literally.

Mental Health
I love this place! Also love my therapist Megan! Here they are a family and y’all you through everything! I actually get more than just physical therapy I actually get some mental health therapy as well! Great place! I highly recommend!

Ultrasound
Your initial treatment with evaluation will take approximately 1to 1 1/2 hours, and typical visits after will take 45 minutes to 1 hour depending upon treatment. During treatment your therapist may use modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation to assist in pain, inflammation and tissue tightness, but by far the therapists most effective tools are their hands. Physical therapists are trained to use manual techniques to improve range of motion, decrease joint restriction, decrease pain and restore functional ability. Lastly, your treatment will include exercises and instruction on a home care program to improve strength to the affected area and improve long-term results.
MRI
I hurt my Elbow last summer and never addressed the issue of having a injury, just shrugged it off and hoped it would get better.Well it never completely healed and I am concerned there will be permanent damage so I gave Kevin a shot before the MRI sugury route. Kevin was fantastic, he demonstrated not only his craft but his Professionalism and his Facility and Staff are top notch. I highly reccomend Physical Therapy & Sports Medecine to anyone.

Knee Replacement
I used PTSMC in Avon to recover from a total knee replacement. They are a very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable organization. I would highly recommend them. Special thanks to Tom who expertly guided me thru the TKR rehab to ensure I achieved the maximum functionality. I couldn't be happier.
Reconstructive Surgery
Great facility and the therapy recievwd was top notch. Was told by surgeon would be a minimum of 4 month recovery for ACL reconstructive surgery and I am at 11 weeks and have been cleared to return to college with my own therapy regimen. No need for additional supervised therapy! Saving time and my parents insurance copay due to the great care I recd from them.

Sports Medicine
I have been battling a sciatic nerve issue and have been working with Brian and Erica for a few weeks with excellent relief and progress. After a recent set back, my protocol had to change. Brian was able to make necessary adjustments and quickly modify what needed to be done to get immediate relief. Most notably, Brian offered to set me up on the traction machine even on my off days before hours just to get me some relief before the day. I have been to other PT places in the past. PTSMC of New Milford to me is on a different level in terms of knowledge, experience and customer service. In the past couple of years, Brian has also worked with both of my children with sports injuries. Every time was an excellent experience. I would not go anywhere else.

After a really bad fracture of my wrist which required surgery, two of my friends highly recommended Jane Rosadini for occupational therapy. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough and has a great bedside manner. In addition, all of the staff have been friendly and helpful. I highly recommend PTSMC!
Frozen Shoulder
I went to PTSMC when I had a frozen shoulder a few months back. I could not lift my arm beyond a bare minimum.Josh, Liza, Renee and Sarah are such a great team and they fixed me up! I got back up on my Indian Road master, thanks to them!

Doing therapy after leg and ankle injury. Staff is great. They’re doing great job working on getting me back on my feet. Good exercises, take their time working on my injury at my pace and explaining the process. Very flexible schedule too.

I’ve found them to be a knowledgeable, professional, cohesive team that provides not only relief but the education necessary to move forward with self care. Podiatric Surgery
My name is Lenny and I have primarily been seen by Brian. He has done a fantastic job getting me back in shape after extensive foot surgery. Over the years I have been to various PT Facilities and have never received the high level of service that I have received from Brian and his staff. The facility is very well equipped and extremely clean. All the therapists and support staff are very professional and truly take a great pride to ensure a high level of care and service. I have only been going to the Windsor site for a short period of time and its like going to Cheers - everyone knows you name and is extremely friendly.
