Salt Lake Valley Protective

As an employee I would not recommend working for this company. Paychecks will not cash on time. I have always been able to cash at their check eventually. But usually have to wait 1-3 weeks before there are funds available. Some employees stay for various reasons but turnover is great. I have to say the pay is above average for this field. Most of the posts are good but one employee still has debt with a paycheck advance company and does not work there any more. They were very loyal until hours were cut and paycheck problems were too great. How does a company stay in business with such bad financial habits?

In my ten years of apartment management, I've used several different companies for security / courtesy patrol, and since I found these guys a while back, I have never been happier!!! Their guys are detailed and professional, the management team is quick to get back to me if I need something, and they are able to handle pretty much anything that I ask for, and I'm a pretty demanding person! I honestly wish I had tried these guys long ago - it would have saved me a lot of headaches.
