Very good food. I highly recommend Pad Thai. Very good sweet tasting noodle dish. If you like Sushi try the Canadian roll and for drink try the Thai Iced Tea. The atmosphere is friendly and cozy, nice for lunch with coworkers.

As a novice to Thai cuisine I had a wonderful experience at Shallot. I tried the Tom Yum Kung soup which was very tasty. My entree was Pat Pong, a noodle dish with seafood and other items. I ordered it on the mild side. Good portion for the price. For dessert we had mango with sticky rice and a delicious Thai custard. Service was great and they really treated you well. They seemed happy to have you there. For a different dining experience try this place.

Great tasting food, nice presentation, good-fast service, clean shop. A little scarce on portioning but high on quality. I'll be going back!

This place is fantastic. I highly recommend bringing your ignorant cow-orkers here. The food's so good they're guaranteed to shut up for two minutes and give you some freakin' peace and quiet! (really, it's that good!)

My wife and I had our second visit to Shallots. This time we ate at the restaurant. The good news was that it passed our second test. On our first visit we had the curry (Massaman and Panang) and really liked them. They reminded us of the food from a great Thai restaurant we used to live near. This time we tried the Pad Thai and it was really good. Since it passed both those tests, we've now found our go to Thai restaurant. We also tried some of the appetizers (chicken satay, beef satay, spring rolls and fried dumplings). All were really good. The service at Shallots was really good. The service staff couldn't have been more accomodating. We'd encourage everyone to try Shallots for the selfish reason of wanting the restaurant to do well. If we lose this place, we go back to not having many good local options.

We really liked the food on our first visit and will definitely be going back. On the outside it looks like an odd location but is nice on the inside. We did take out but might be taking the kids there soon. If there was one thing the place really could use, it would be a BYOB license. So far we're impressed with Shallots and hope it really establishes itself.

The waitress was very friendly, she didnt not hesitate to give me suggestions and recommendation. I tried the Spicy Red Thai Curry with chicken, I was yummy. The food is not greasy and old, like most Chinese restaurant. The restaurant is very classy, clean and modern.

Really good food! Brand new, only open a couple of days! I'll definitely go back...if you like Thai food, check it out.
