Monticello at Southport

Lets see where do i start...Move here if you like hearing music all night and day blasting through your walls as your kids are trying to sleep and your cars getting broken into.. The management will doing ANYTHING about it.. This place has to be the worst apartment complex out there..and when you call the front office don't except Amanda or Diane to do anything they will sit there and feed you B.S just to get you to shut up. I lived hear for 6 months and had a rude disrespectful neighbor that through parties all the time and anytime i talked to the office about it they had some excuse to why they haven't done anything... and Diane's a old ignorant B**** that should retire since she is no use to the Monticello always had something smart to say if heaven for bid you actually asked her to do her job... These people are crooks.. just want to take your 1269 a month and never hear from you again... I've had nothing but issues with this place i can go on forever. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE IDIOTS

In my opinion @ the Monticello they do not have a gross period for your rent if you don't have it by the second of the month by the 3 rd day you have an eviction notice on the door and be aware if your Amy reason you will be late get ready to start paying up 700 in attorney fees plus the late fee I do not recommend it to any one at all. I could not believe how strict they are. Personally what I'm paying for rent I might as well rent a home that's how expensive it is here.

I currently reside at the Monticello Apartment Complex in West Sacramento. I would not recommend this propery to anyone. Although the grounds are nicely maintained and the property has been newly built, it will never make up for the horrible management that has been hired. I will not under any circumstances be renewing my lease with with them. I warn anyone else to stay away from this complex.
