Its so amazing how corrupt the system is: I am being charged over payment. Because a security company cut primarily with one day work a week.This is contructive discharge: Calif Labor Code:2922. The name of the company is : Security Defence. I have it in writing. Yet office judge rulled in favor of the company.Because the employer showed a copy of an email that questioned job position status.Yet after introducing the facts the judge still rulled in favor of the company at the appeals process. Also the excuse for Security Defence for me to drive way up to Rialto,CA.She indicated she wanted to conduct a complete analysis to insure I was fit for duty. It was retaliation for making a complaint.Calif Labor Code:6310.The judge was only interested in (timely filing) a good office lap dog. Why the company is incorporated. This could mean people are for possible sale. So I have been trying to pay the over payment charge. The balance was $205.00. Now the balance is :$195.00. The could be why so couragious Americans are exercising the Freedom of Speech March in Oakland. But who will protest the in justice at the Employment Development Department.Up the street in Sacramento. Look at all you're friends and how they have been treated or mis-treated by the Employment Development Department. We need the American Civil Liberty Union to introduce bills .The senate and congress are turning a blind eye. Look the got off the Glass Steagal Act and caused this financial crisis. The banks that caused the problem got the bail out. I am currently a homeless Pursian Golf veteran. See this could be how it works if we don't die in the wars they create to balance the budget ; They love locking us Veterans up in prison. Or to put us in a padded room. To this day I can't get the official name of the top lap dog ,that handles over payments . Even under the Right to Know Act,Freedom of Information Act. They make big money. The only thing these big lap dogs care about ,is their bank account. We are just cattle to them. Look at the murcury in vacines. What causes : Autisim ?? Take a guess.
