        Overall

        I bought a Groupon for laser hair removal and had a fantastic experience! The receptionist is super friendly and Dr. Shapiro answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I was very nervous! I did bikini and was happy she was a female!

        I even bought another package. My sister now goes there too. Would recommend to everyone who want a nice, clean atmosphere and wants to be hair free.

        TERRIBLE PLACE TO GO! not only...

        TERRIBLE PLACE TO GO! not only are the staff members rude and obnoxious, the doctor is as well. Awful service and experience, would never go back there spend your money elsewhere.
