        Overall

        After spending $5500 on a link, the owner promised to have a pendant ready for pickup Saturday 10am. The piece wasn't ready at 230. After I expressed myself, the OWNER took what was done off and refused to complete the piece at all. As if it was my fault he couldn't deliver. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't spend another cent there.
