Toth Carpet Inc

I had whole house carpeting installed by Toth Carpet twice in the last 16 years. The first installation was in May, 1997 and the carpet needed re-stretch after a couple years. The carpet had not been cleaned nor had furniture been moved all around. The installation was bad. It took months for anyone to return my calls & get someone out to fix it. The 2nd installation, in Jan, 2013 required a re-stretch also. There wasn’t one piece of furniture in the house & no one lived here for over a year & a half after the initial installation. Again, took months to get someone out here to fix it. The people finally sent out to fix it were the same initial installers & they left as fast as they could & did not re-stretch everywhere that was needed. Again months to get a different set of people out, who were 45 min late & never bothered to call. The carpeting still doesn’t look right to me and I know I’m going to have problems in the future. That was 3 weeks ago and so far the carpet is fine – for now – and not once did anyone from Toth Carpet call me to inquire or apologize. And lastly, I’d like to mention how the initial installers broke my son’s closet door. VERY poor customer service in every way.
