West Memphis Towing & Truck Repair

I am very dissatisfied with this overpriced, inadequate repair shop. My semi's clutch went out near this town and when i called them the first thing they wanted to do before even seeing my semi was rebuild the transmission. They were supposed to have my truck for 4days and had it for 2 weeks. Once we had the semi back we found out immediately the wrong transmission had been installed, the oil cooler lines weren't connected right, and transmission was slipping. I was charged $4650 for the repairs that i'm having done again because the truck wasn't fixed. I would highly recommend not using this inept repair shop.

My clutch went out in my 01 freightleiner so I gave these guys a call. They had me back up and running in no time. I thought I was gonna be layed over at least 2 or more days. But no in under 24 hours I had a new clutch put on and back to work! I would recommend these guys to anyone. Very nice and professional!
