Higginbotham Family Dental

My family and I will never go back to this place again. It used to be a good dental office when Dr. Todd and Lindsey was there. However, since they left, things have taken a turn for the worse. First, they talked my husband into to getting a procedure done that they claimed that was covered by our dental insurance. He paid portion and now months later they send a bill and say oh it was covered by the insurance and now you owe us or we will send you to collections. Then my daughter and son got cleanings on the same day. They told me about some work they needed done. I prepaid $50 on the work they needed done and told them I would schedule their appointment for it later. So now they're telling me that $25 of $50 went toward my son's dental visit. Even though it was a cleaning appointment only and he only had a cleaning which insurance pays 100% with no copay. Higginbotham staff is blaming it all on the insurance. We will never go back or recommend anybody else to this dental office. You would think that they would acknowledge their mistake or at least try to work something out since we have been customers there since they opened and referred clients to them. I guess good/great customer service is not important to them anymore. Apparently, losing four good clients isn't important to them either.
