        If you're looking for a quality-driven, customized fitness program, KaiFit is for you! Definitely not a big box approach. Great community and top notch trainers. Several different class and personalized training options available. Plus, you can try out a week of classes for free and/or a 30 minute intro session to get an idea of what they're about.
