Salt Lake Smiles

I would avoid this dentist. The dentist asked his asst. what to perform. I didn't hear her answer but I later realized that more teeth were being drilled on than I confirmed with the asst. I am extremely upset and am reporting their practices and the billing has been screwed up from day one. I originally scheduled for a cavity to be filled.... not more than that. This dentist may want to review his staff's way of misleading him before he operates on a patient!!! I've also requested for this dentist to call me and am still awaiting his phone call. I guess the staff is trying to hide so they don't get fired.....I do believe this dentist is also money hungry. I got a second opinion and found out that my other dental work he did on this day was unnecessary! Find someone who is trustworthy! This office isn't the way to go if you are truly looking for a competent staff who is looking in your best interest.

I really didn't like going to the dentist prior to going to Salt Lake Smiles. I didn't trust the dentist's I had seen, and always felt like my previous dentists just wanted to get out in and out as quick as possible.



After visiting Dr. O my outlook has changed. Rather than skipping or putting off visits, I am now back on track. I trust Dr. O and his staff to not only do good work, but to always do the right thing for me. I give this office my highest recommendation and I have referred others to this practice who have told me they have also had a great experience. These guys are on the top of their game medically, and treat you like you are an old friend just coming in to visit. A++++++

Dr.Osterhoudt and his staff are friendly and efficient. You can really tell that they love what they do. They did invisalign (invisable braces) for me and my experience was GREAT! They even whitened my teeth for free once the treatment was done!
