If I could give her zero stars I would. If you care at all about having someone who works professionally do your wedding then Tricia isn't the person to hire.



I had a trial with Tricia and she did a fine job, I didn't love it but it was fine for the price. I signed a contract with Tricia and paid for the trial and a deposit. She promised she would email me a copy of the contract and receipt by the next day (a Sunday).



To make a long story short, I had to contact her several times to try to get the contract and receipt and she had a ton of excuses over two weeks and I never got anything. Because of this, I didn't trust that she would even show up at my wedding. I called her and told her I didn't think it was working out and didn't want to continue using her. She informed me that I paid a non-refundable deposit and I was out the money. Thankfully I had paid via credit card and had already talked to the company about the issue I was having. I informed her that my credit card company was willing to put in a dispute with her because she never sent the contract or receipt.



She then told me she would mail me a certified check by Friday, which of course I didn’t get. I contacted her the next week and she said she sent it out on Tuesday. Again, of course I didn’t get it so I had to call my credit card company to put in a dispute. Thankfully they were great and got my money back.



Tricia was unprofessional to work with and horrible with communication. She had tons of excuses and when I talked to her had excuses for the excuses. I don’t think I should have been the one to chase her down for my contract and receipt, if she had been proactive and let me know she was having issues I would have respected the way she conducted her business much more.
