I love this place. I'M VERY HAPPY FOR MY WEDDING PARTY, THEY GAVE ME BEAUTIFUL GIFT. THEY DID SHELLAC VERY GOOD JOB( LAST UP TO 3 WEEKS) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO WEDDING PARTY OR BIRTHDAY OR LADIES NIGHT.

i heard on that day which was happened to ms dd was misunderstood.

CALVIN TOLD HER, HE HAD APPT TO SEE DR (TOOK HIS WIFE AND SON) FLU SEASON.

CINDY JUST DO HER REGULAR NAIL AND TOE ( NO SHELLAC). CALVIN TOLD MS DD.

SHE ON THE PHONE THE WHOLE TIME AND KEPT SAID ( YES, YES).( SO RUDE)AND CALVIN LEFT TO SEE DR APPT. AFTER CALVIN 'VE GONE, MS DD TOLD CINDY SHE WANT SHELLAC .AT THIS POINT WAS MISUNDERTOOD 'CAUSE SHE WAS BUSY TALKING ON THE PHONE.

PLEASE DON'T TALK ON THE PHONE AND ASK THE NAIL SERVICE THE SAME TIME, DON'T YOU HATE PEOPLE IN FRONT OF YOU ORDER SOMETHING AND TALK ON THE PHONE THE SAME TIME?.

I always get the look I want, because they listen and understand english. That is a plus. Also clean and friendly has proven that after years of having my nails done here, there has never been any issues with fungus or pain. Give this place a try! The complements will be proof enough of their excellence!

My husband took me to Family nails one day to get nails done for my birthday, I have tried many places before. I love my nails when I left there, everyone were so nice and friendly. Also they do speak English well to help me with what I wanted. I would reccomend this place to everybody. Keep the good work Family nails

This place is awful, first of all my pedicure the big toe not completely covered. Tthey ask me if I could wait a few minutes for my nails (this was when I first got there) I thought 5-10 minutes fine. However 15-20 minutes AFTER pedicure still not there I ask where is this guy anyway? they called his wife she did not know? so I said I have to leave I have appts. I will be happy to pay to Pedicure but thats all as I did not get my nail completed all she did was clip them while we waited. "Oh NO that not be good must pay me for clipping" After she went on and on I paid her just to get out of there. WHO RUNS A BUSINESS LIKE THIS???

this is perfect place to come, for personal or wedding party welcome, highly recommend for friends . the best nails salon in west des moines.I love this place.
