BEWARE!! Chelsea is apparently in the habit of misrepresenting & lying about the charge for this company. Initially Chelsea quoted a call out fee of $29 + what ever the technician added to the bill. When I questioned Chelsea further about the total charge she assured me the charge would not exceed $60.Based on her representation I agreed to have a tech dispatched, but I asked her to please have the tech call me when he was on his way.Surprise! Surprise! when I spoke with the tech he advised the charge would be $100. When I called Chelsea to let her know the tech's price & the price quoted were not even remotely similar, her attitude was to sad too bad. Chelsea needs to be FIRED because she engages in deceitful business practices either on her own or with the owner's blessing. If this is the case, the owner knowingly runs an unethical deceitful company . This is no way to do business!!! The only positive was the tech did come by to check if I was still locked out & agreed to do the job for $65. Would NOT RECOMMEND NOR USE EVER AGAIN!!

I was quoted a price of $29.95 by a foreign man i could barely understand to unlock my car. After showing up an hour later than time quoted, i was told the $29.95 was only the charge to come out it would be an additional $75.00 labor. A total of $104.95!!!! i drive a honda accord, this company is a ripoff!!! i would not pay that & asked him to leave. He then became rude and confrontational. I paid his $29.95 which he refused to give a receipt on and would only acceot cash. When i called back for the owner, the same man answered and says he is the manager and owner was not available. I would advise anyone using this company to NOT!! the only reason i have given this buisness a 1 star is because i had to so my review would post. BEWARE!!!!

Done GOOD deal. Quick and friendly. This was for a home but I'm certain he'd be just as good with cars. Thanks, tony! i will use you guys again if needed
