German Autowerks

These guys really know what there doing!!!! After trying other shops in the Columbia area I found German Autowerks and I will not go anywhere else to get my BMW repaired.

Well I have had my car back from German autowerks now for a couple months and it has been running terrible, and ridding like a Mack truck. Now I know they told me they had taken the front of my car off by mistake, but I never knew just what that meant until recently when I took the car in to another shop to find out why it was doing the same thing it was when I took it to german Autowerks , who said they fixed the problem earlier. They have cannibalized my front end, and they did not fix the problem it was taken in for in the first place. Probably just turned my dash warning lights off. Now it is really time to get a lawyer to either force them to return my car to its condition minus the problem it was taken in for or sue them. Your car will always come out worse than it went in here.

Brandon and his group of repair techs are the absolute best in figuring out even the most challenging problems. We have two older BMWs that needed repairs and we never felt as though we were taken advantage of at the cash register. Brandon charges a fair (less than any I know) price per hour and does an excellent job. I highly recommend their repair shop above all other BMW repair shops to be professional, fair, and timely in their dealing with customers.
