The bladder is a balloon shaped organ that collects urine from the kidneys and stores it until it is eliminated through a channel called the urethra. The most common type of bladder cancer, transitional cell or urothelial cell, starts in the lining of the bladder.

Kidney Stones
Kidney stones (calculi) typically form when your urine becomes too concentrated, causing crystals to separate from the urine and build up inside the kidneys. Stones may be as small as a grain of sand or as large as a golfball. Some stones pass out of the body without the need for intervention, but others can cause severe pain if they become trapped in one of your ureters (the narrow tubes that carry urine from the kidneys to the bladder).

Testicular cancer is a fairly rare form of cancer that develops in the testes, the male reproductive organs located in the scrotum, the loose-skinned pouch below the penis. Chemotherapy
Surgery is the primary method of treatment and diagnosis and is usually performed immediately after finding a testis suspicious for cancer. Delay is not advisable. While surgery to remove one testis should not affect your fertility, you may wish to store your sperm in a sperm bank as a precaution. Laparoscopy - less often used because it can present more risks. This procedure may have the advantage of identifying veins higher up, where your surgeon likely will need to tie off fewer veins.
