I felt the staff was kind and professional. Dr. Battiata was efficient, but didn't rush you. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Dr. Battiata is very rude and treats people like he is better than them. The first and last time I meet him he treated me like I was a complete idiot. I have had a server sinus infection going on 4 months and I had 4 other doctors tell me this. He told me that they were wrong and that I had nothing wrong with me. I told him something was wrong and he was like "I do this for a living and do surgeries all the time and you don't need one" I said "I don't want any surgery I just want to know what is going on because I can't breath and my face was hurting to the touch. My primary doctor told me you would do a allergy test." He said "I'm not going to argue with you I will put you in for a allergy test." And then he left! Well I finally got the test done yesterday and guess what!! I am allergic to all mold, dust, and cats. I would not ever recommend anyone to see him. I didn't even want to give this start but everything and everyone else in the office is great.
