My experience with Dan was great. He understood what I was looking for when I came to the dealership and helped me complete my purchase. He was very accessible and helpful throughout the process. The overall purchase experience was a positive one.



The only negative about my purchase experience was with the finance department. Charges that were additional to the charges I agreed to were applied to my bill. I discovered these charges and we were able to get it taken care of; however, I definitely felt as though I was taken advantage of.

Brian, did an overall very good job to make us happy with our purchase. He was very busy but took time to hook up our Bluetooth.

Excellent experience. Repeat customers from a purchase in 2009. Would return again in the future, and will definitely be taking advantage of the service programs, etc.

The last two cars I purchased were from a competitor (Colonial Hyundai) and each time I had a horrific experience with the sales staff and management (even when dealing with a salesman that is a friend).



I can honestly say that my recent purchase of a 2010 Jeep Patriot at Scott Select was a completely different experience than what I had become accustomed to. Kerry and the used car manager were very helpful and patient with me. Kerry was willing to answer any questions I had and able to work with me on making this purchase work and with a payment that I am comfortable with. I had a very positive car buying experience and will definitely recommend this dealership to others!

I was greeted wonderfully at the dealership. Nick, was right there showing me cars and asking what I wanted in a car. He listened to what I wanted and you had a car that I was looking for that met my expectations.The whole process was a little long but over all I had a great experience. Mike was very good in providing me the details on quote and how quotes from other dealers were deceiving. Once i visited Scott Honda, nick helped with all the stuff. I was little dissapointed when i was told that there are some mandatory accessories that i have to take and when i asked some flexibility, it was provided but i was charged more than the full cost of those accessories. I would have been more happy if this was made transparant and if you have asked me to choose any 3 additional accessories instead of imposing the chosen ones on me. Overall i am satisfied with the experience. Can be better :)

This was my first time buying a brand new car and this was certainly an experience to remember. Everyone who helped was super nice, and they made the overall process less of a headache. They made me feel like I was a the only one who mattered. I had spoke with Sharon several times over the phone to discuss the documentation needed things like that and when I got there, my car had the stripes I requested and a nice sold tag in the front window. Everything was to my liking and it didn't take that long to go through the whole process and sign off on the papers. I will NOT EVER buy another Honda from anywhere else except Scott Honda. Now I see why my parents and grandmother recommended this place.

Leased a Honda accord. Sharon, mgr. finance person (Rob) were all excellent. They got me the best deal and the process went very smoothly. Will certainly return for auto needs and will refer colleagues to Scott Honda and particularly Sharon as a Sales Representative.
