David was great, he did a CD on face book and so willing to help. We returned today and bought a lap top for our Granddaughter. I would recommend to stop in if your are in need of a repair or a new computer.

Laptop on call has both the expertise, and promptness in handling matters. The company gives you adequate advise when you give them work to do.

Don't waste your time. I went into this location on 2/9/15. First of all it smells like an ashtray. Seriously I was gagging. Then the guy behind the desk proceeded to tell me that I needed to go back home and back everything up because he was going to wipe my hard drive. I would lose everything including Microsoft Office which I would have to buy again and reload. He wanted $149! Luckily I went to Office Depot at VOA and they took care of everything for $59.00 (no need for backup) and it works great.

This is an amazing laptop repair store that will take care of all of your needs and questions. Love these guys!

~~These guys are so awesome! I needed to have my laptop looked at on a Saturday afternoon, but couldn't make it in until later in the afternoon/early evening. Wee, one of the stores employees, stated he'd be there until they closed (not until 7pm, which is great for a Saturday), so to bring it in and he'd take a look at it for me. I explained I am low on money and needed to have the problem diagnosed and given an estimate before he fixed it, so I could decide if it might be cheaper to just buy a new one. He took one look at it, not only did he diagnose the issue, he fixed it on the spot, as it was a minor setting issue, took it to the back and cleaned it for me, brought it back out to me looking brand new, and did not charge me a dime! Their customer service is outstanding and their work is the best. I have had them help me before. They have two convenient locations; West Chester and Springdale. Don't go to anyone else!! Laptop On Call is the best!~~
