I have been to this location twice and have had very positive experiences. While I was waiting I witnessed a variety of abuse that the staff received. It is not the staff's responsibility to ensure that you bring identification or that your doctors office clearly requested what they needed done. There were a few individuals who arrived with their hair on fire expecting to be treated like royalty and be put ahead of everyone else. Bring your ID and expect a 45 minute experience and accept responsibility if you don't prepare.

Having a disabled child, I made an appt. because due to his disability it is difficult for him to sit and waite. I went in earlier while he was still in school to fill out any paperwork that might be required to lessen the waite time. I was allowed to do this but was informed they would not do it again. They were very put out by this. When you go there, expect to be treated like a nonperson, just a body to be serviced. There are no smiles, no personable personality, no obvious positive attitude. You go in there prepared to not have a positive experience, just to get in, get it done, and get out!

They were very kind. They now how to handle patients and do well under stress that were in no way rude. I understand that they have a lot of patients and that they can't be having many conversations so that might seem rude but that aren't.

Unorganized chaos..some staff members are rude. No supervision . very patient unfriendly
