Between Dr. G & Lisa Cunningham QHAH is run like clockwork! Lisa's love & dedication made us feel like family. Our first animal, Marcus was diagnosed with Panosteitis. We called the office & spoke to Lisa who told us to bring him in immediately. Lisa was so loving & had an immense connection to Marcus from day 1. Dr. G. examined Marcus while Lisa lovingly held his head. Then we were given the worst news possible. Marcus couldn't receive the necessary treatment to get him through this tough time due to kidney failure. WE WERE DEVASTATED. Lisa was too. Lisa is truly dedicated to the well-being of all pets as if they were hers. I don't know what I would have done without the kindness, love, & support Lisa gave us. We now have a 4-year-old German shepherd that worships Lisa. My baby girl trusts Lisa Cunningham only! Lisa is an asset to QHAH & I couldn't stay with QHAH without her.

I am a snowbird and finding a vet was my first priority. I found Quail Hollow Animal Hospital and the first person to address me was a very friendly technician named Lisa Cunningham. She was knowledgeable and gave me excellent advice on how to start properly breaking the bad habits our little boy was displaying. Her advice worked like a charm and we are hooked! Now when we visit Florida I know that I can bring my baby to see Lisa, he looks forward to seeing her, and without a doubt, she truly loves our baby boy. The staff is quite friendly and the doctors are great but when you find a wonderful technician that you trust with your family member you stick with that person because Lisa truly loves our baby boy and he's VERY smitten with her. Lisa makes Quail Hollow Animal Hospital a comforting place for MANY animals that are terrified of seeing the vet.

My problem was with the groomer. I took my 3 yr. old miniature poodle to be groomed and thought it would take between 2 or 3 hours to finish because she was very grown out and had quite a few knots. I was very surprised when I received a call saying my dog was ready to be picked up about an hour after I dropped her off. When I saw her she looked really good but when I got her home, I noticed her face and one paw were burned very badly. I think the groomer was in too much of a hurry and probably didn't let her clippers cool well enough. I would not recommend this groomer to anyone. It doesn't matter how good a job she does, if she hurts my pet.
