Very difficult to get an appointment with even with a potentially serious condition and referral, and it's even harder to get someone to answer the phone or call you back to make that appointment. Beware! Office demands you arrive a minimum of 30-minutes before an appointment to fill out their extensive paperwork. My Internist shares the office and I was initially told they could get most of the information they need between doctors staff, but today I was refused to be seen because I arrived only 5-minutes before my appointment (but wasn't told about the extensive paperwork and 30-minute rule previously). I waited 8 weeks to be seen and drove almost an hour to get there and now they want me to reschedule? What is contained in this special paperwork that is so different, so crucial that a patient can't be seen (a patient who's main doctor is the only other doctor in the office)??? Sometimes a person just gets "too big for their britches" as the old saying goes. I believe Dr. Bertram Lewis fits that saying. Not recommended.

Great doctor, very personable, very gentle demeanor with great credentials. I was very nervous about a procedure and Dr. Lewis talked to me throughout the procedure allowing me to relax. I will keep him as my Urologist. Do not hesitate to make an appointment with Dr. Lewis you won't be sorry!
