Great Clips

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in on Friday to have my hair cut. I showed Renee a picture of what I wanted and my cut looks nothing like the picture. My hair is cut so short from the nape of my neck to above the crown, and both sides, that it's less than a half a centimeter long. The top of my head the hair is less than half an inch long until you get to my bangs which are 1 inch long. It looks absolutely horrific. I had to come home and order a wig and have it expedited to me because I'm too embarrassed to leave my home. The customer service is the POOREST I have ever dealt with. I contacted them and the owners won't even talk to me about it. They just had Renee tell me that they will refund me the $14 for the cut but won't even consider refunding me for the wig that I HAD to buy because they said I CHOSE to buy it. It will take many months to get my hair back on track, so I had no choice but to buy a wig. I will NEVER be back, and advise everyone to be very careful because you may leave there with a completely different hair cut then you wanted!!!!

Ever time I have come to this great clips it is understaffed compared to other locations.Usually y here are only 2 hairstylist during prime hours.I checked in online which was a 35 minute wait time .I still had to wait 30 minutes after the 35.This was not the first time I have checked in and had to wait 20 to 30 minutes more .The franchise owner of this lo action needs to stop being cheap and hire a staff before he looses all their customers.

This salon is outstanding... my stylist listen to what I wanted and actually did it. A+ experience make sure you ask for DEVAN.
