I have been going to this dental office for more than 10 years. I have always found Dr. Ghabbour to be personable and well informed. I have no complaints after more than 10 years(4 visits per year). The hygienists are also first rate.

This place is a joke. Dr Ghabbour is a big fat hog who lies right to your face and only cares about making a buck. There whole team is centered around one thing.. making money. they don't care about you, if you're in pain, they are unprofessional, they say things and lie, contradict themselves. As bad as they are, nothing beats how horrible they are for dentures. Ghabbour told me in good faith that if I ever had a problem with my dentures, if they broke, cracked, needed to be refitted, etc. to call and make an appointment and I would always be covered. Hell, I would expect that from a 3,000 + dollar pair of dentures. They ended up cracking pretty badly, I made the appointment, and when I came in, he said they couldn't be fixed, he would need to make a new pair and charge me. I told him I couldn't afford it right now, and you said they were guaranteed. He then said I neglected them and didn't take care of them which isn't true, because I did, and always kept up to date with them, he then dismissed me as a patient from that location. This guy is a crook, and belong in prison really. My entire family has has bad experiences at this practice too. Take the word of me, and the other upset customers, don't waste your time giving this scumbag your business, I know it's convenient if you're in Wesley Chapel, because it's one of the few big places, but believe me, it's worth it to travel the extra distance and go to another place. I hope they go out of business.

BEWARE!!! After a procedure, they told my wife that insurance didn't cover any of it. We paid 100% only to find out later that my insurance does cover 50%. They submitted our claim to my insurance and my insurance paid them the 50%. Three months later, that money was never returned. I called their office and the manager said that we never requested OUR money to be refunded.WHAT????? Now they are telling us that it will be 12-14 weeks before OUR money can be reimbursed. This place is a sham!

Don't expect great customer service at the Wesley Chapel Coast Dental. First, I asked the secretary if I could do my exam and cleaning on the same day and she said they could. When I went for my appointment, they said I would have to come back to do my cleaning. I had a few cavities filled and one of them was done incorrectly. I thought I had something stuck in my tooth, so I picked it out with my tongue and it was half my resin filling. The office refused to fix it and blamed it on me. Lastly, they never refunded me a fee that my dental insurance company said should have been refunded to me. My dental insurance was retro activated and they said the office fee I was charged should be refunded, but the office refused. Be aware. They just make up their own rules here. Also, Coast Dental has 121 complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and a C - rating. I wish I had known that beforehand. I would have chosen another dentist.

This place is so unprofessional, all they care about is making money! If you are a Patient here all you are to them is a number. They call you all the time trying to pressure you to get costly work done and they could care less if you cant afford it. The front desk was so rude, everytime id talked to them I would get attitude. They talk so loud I could hear the so called Office Manger making a poor girl cry in the next room. Then they tell me in during my visit that i need crowns and i have gum disease and my cleaning will be 300 dollars! But I didnt believe then so i went to a non coast dental office and they tell me that I have NO decay and that I only need a normal cleaning that my insurance would cover 100%. Thank goodness I didnt listen to them and I got a 2nd opinion. My sister went to the one in Brandon and she had them tell her she needed 2 crowns and had gum disease too, and surprise, surprise when she got a 2nd opinion she didnt need crowns nor did she have gum disease. I find it weird that 2 for there offices could be so rude and lie!!!! Please, Please,Please do not go to ANY of this office.
