Fox Medical, as it is commonly called, relied on service and dedication to its' patients / clients for business success. An integral part of Fox Medicals development was the addition of Fox Access in 1997. This new services addressed further needs of a growing population of disabled patients' with an inability to either access work or home environments. As a result, Fox Medical today has evolved into the largest and most reliable independent Home Medical Equipment Company in the St. Louis Region.

        On the 16th I had made an appointment for the 21st. I was left a message on the 20th that made me feel like I was not worth much. My appointment needed to be changed because the person coming to bring me my equipment did not want to have to drive an hour for just one person if she didn't have to......I would rather she just have said that she needed to change the appointment because something had come up rather than being made to feel like this was all really just a hassle for her. And on the original phone call on the 16th I even offered to come to her. So far not impressed



        So I got her call today and again had to hear about how it was an hour drive and she was trying to do what was easiest for her. I told her I could drive to her, and again she reminded me it was an hour drive. Amazing. I told her I was totally flexible....to tell me what time to be there Thursday and I would be at home. So it is set for 4 pm Thursday....tune in LOL
