        Horrible service!!!!. My husband and I purchased an washer, dryer and two pedestals on 08/18/2016. On 08/27/2016 they came to delivery the product. When the delivery people arrived to my home the washer was broke; they took it back. So, all I had delivered this day was dryer and one of the pedestals. I called to reschedule another appointment. This delivery was schedule for 09/03/2016. When they came to delivery this time; they only had the washer; NO pedestal. I called and went up to the store, I re
        schedule for the second time to have the pedestal delivered. The pedestal was to be delivered on 09/08/2016. It's 6:00 pm, the delivery guy calls my husband and tell him that no one was home and he was trying to deliver the pedestal; my husband say my wife is home; What address are you at; the driver gives our old address. The other items that we have received have been delivered to our NEW address.
        Still have not received our pedestal 09/09/2016.NO ONE IS TRYING TO FIX!!!

        RGUCKES..... thats because they are very busy taking care of customers that actually took the time to come into the store to LOOK or went on the website to order it instead of being lazy. perhaps that time on hold wouldve been better spent checking the bestbuy.com site.
