Dr. Cooper has a WONDERFUL Groomer behind his clinic. The grooming office unfortunately staffs a extremely rude and unprofessional member named CATHY. I have seen her make customers cry while waiting for my own animal. She makes the atmosphere very uncomfortable. I do not know who she thinks she is. But I have heard complaints before and nothing gets done. To me, she's hindering the business there and what an embarrassment to have! Very disappointed that she gets to do what she wants with her foul mouth and Dr. Cooper does not as well as his office manager who does NOTHING. The poor groomer is embarrassed you can tell as well as a few other staff members who apologize. If this is how you treat your customers you will continue to lose them for grooming and for vetting.. as you have lost me.

I would expect to see Dr each time I visit. They charge differently for seeing the tech vs. the Dr. The costs are way too high. Insist on shots that my dogs do not need or should be optional like the flu shot. If the care and attention matched the cost of seeing this vet, then I would stay. Therefore, I will be seeking a new vet.

have gone there three times. first and second time were good. recently, he said he wants to spay my nine year old dog. they wrote up an estimate, we left. upon consideration; I don't think I will. she is fine and I feel the surgery is risky. will find a new vet.

I would ever go to this clinic, Dr. Cooper is a horrible burnt out Vet, and this clinic is very dirty and the most expensive clinic in Spring Hill,also the staff r very rude!
