VIP Cleaners

This is a bad dry cleaner for a number of reasons. First of all it's overpriced and I've been charged for silk dresses when they are not silk and rush fees when I've not requested rushed service. The nail in the coffin was when I brought a dress for my baby shower to be cleaned. When my husband went to pick it up on the appointed day he was told it wasn't ready since it had gotten wet!!!! When I called to find out what happened I had to deal with someone who did not speak English, then he hung up on me!
