My brother rents from these people and has had issue after issue!!!!! No air conditioning for a week, no power in half the house. After they send someone to fix the power 2 times, mind you still no power the man we assume was a electrician tells us "i am telling them they have to send a electrician!!!!" Same day and hours later the same unlicensed want to be electrician comes back. This time outside by air unit and breaker box he tells my brother "well this isn't good, when your air kicked on your breaker box started smoking!!!" Also we believe black mold is in the house, the property management office and the home owner all aware of this and said months ago this had to be taken care of. Stay away from this company if you want power and the air conditioning you pay for. Moral of this story is they SUCK AT FIXING ANYTHING!

I am absolutely appalled that a non-violent ex felon from many many years ago was turned away from this facility. This woman is by far the most upstanding honest example of what every human being should be. She has worked extremely hard to overcome her past. She has obtained several degrees since then and spends almost all of her time volunteering and helping others. This woman has RECOVERED from her past and deserves the courtesy of judgement on her life today. Not her life 20 years ago. If anything, she would be an asset. When will we stop discriminating and start looking at the whole picture. Every human being has had bad judgement at some point in their lives. Why must it be the sole thing that defines a person in the world? Maybe this is the reason that son ex cons have the idea that it will never get better, that there are no other options... Because institutions, such as these will not even give them an opportunity to prove otherwise.

13.5 years after my Felony DWI conviction I am still subject to institutional discrimination. I was just told that my non-violent felony is an automatic reason for me to be unable to rent a property by Terri P. at Pegasus Property Management.

I owned two homes since this conviction, I have paid taxes every year, I have obtained an Associates Degree, A Bachelor's Degree, and working on my Masters Degree. I am also a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. Terri P. assured me that the owner would not want to speak to me, hear my story and perhaps give me an opportunity to be a renter of his property. Terri P. has exclusively been given the authority to judge a human being and their worth in the world. I was unaware that any human being was bestowed with this type of power. It is this type of discrimination that causes serious issues for ex-offenders like myself who have completely rehabilitated themselves and are functioning and successful members of society. You can be assured that I will continue my incessant battle against these highly discriminatory practices. This is the reason my thesis is titled, The Effects of Institutional Discrimination on the Successful Reentry of Ex-Offenders.

I am a property owner of fourplex's, duplex's and houses and have been with Pegasus for 25 years in August of this year. I have found them to be honest, sincere, timely and a great company to work with over the years. I also find them to be the same with all my tenants. I have had only 3 tenants over these years phone me to object to Pegasus handling of their account, I found in all three complaints that Pegasus decisions were honest and justified. If I had to guess, I would say that there is no better Property Management Company in all of Houston.

I also own a Condo in a Condo Association that Pegasus Manages. I have also been a Board Member of the Association. Again in that regard I would have to say they have made the complex an enjoyable place to live (part time). I reside mainly in California so you could call me a partly absentee owner of my rental property. Again I would highly recommend them to absentee owners.

Pegasus has managed my property for approximately 1.5 years. They have responded to issues and have worked with the tenants to solve any issues. They are very professional, and there accounting systems is very efficient. I would recommend them if you have a property you would like to rent out.

I am a home owner and Pegasus has been taking care of my property for about 6 years. They immediately respond to issues. If tenants dont pay rent they immediately get them out. They do surveys every 6 months and make sure the tenants are taking care of my house. They are very organized and honest when I question anything. We used Houston Community Management before and they were terrible. We are very happy with Pegasus.
