Conn's

My husband and I went looking to price new mattress and bedroom furniture, my husband agreed to have his credit run to see if he qualified to finance he was approved. I however wanted to know the total price of ALL FURNITURE AND MATRESS we were wanting and monthly payments before running mine. I did not want a credit hot for if we would not be purchasing if out of our price range. We worked with Mathew. So my husband and I and mathew went to the room model and had him,WRITE DOWN EAXH PEACE as the set did not include the additional leaves we wanted. Mathew said he would put it all in computer and find total cost and payments. What he told us was affordable so I ran my credit was also approved and we made the purchase. DELIVERY CAME MISSING PEACES OF FURNITURE. I called Mathew who said "I'm so sorry I FORGOT TO ADD THOSE." He said he get manager (Raquel). She was unavailable. After over two hours we contacted her who said she was sorry this happened there was nothing they could do. So I told her to get a truck back here to pick up furniture it is not what we wanted and were told we were getting for the price we were quoted. She said combs dis not accept return. I got the number to CORPORATE who after I explained hung up on me! I have reported them to the ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE!

I have always gotten my appliances from Conn's and financed with them and I have never had any problem. They are very nice and professional. I highly recommend for anyone to purchase from Conn's. If you pay as you are suppose to you will have no problems.

Our credit card was used at this store fraudulently. Not only did they not check an ID, they also did nothing to prosecute the person who stole our card. We are getting the total run around from this store and conns customer service. So hey if you wanna steal credit cards instead of working, you can count on going into this store to spend someone else's money.
