The customer service is inadequate when a problem is determined with your purchase.

I purchased this desk a month ago. When it was determined that there were flaws. Pictures were taken to provide evidence of the issues. When I called and told them of the defects, I was asked to send an email with the pictures and description. See the attached pictures. I completed this task. The only thing that Bel offered was a store credit of $85 or to bring the furniture back to them. A store credit does not assist with the existing furniture and it's not ideal to return the furniture since they will not come pick it up. Based on this experience, I would not purchase furniture from this company.

Nothing brings the family together better than a nice dining room table. And nothing makes me happier than to see great values on them! Bel Furniture’s tables are some of the nicest i’ve ever seen. I’m not kidding! They beat out any other furniture store I’ve visited. And get this...they also have the lowest prices for them. This is a no brainier. Shop at Bel and save money.

I spent a lot of time looking online for furniture before I actually went into the store. I’m glad I did because then I was able to walk right in and find what I wanted. The bed lived up to its picture online so I got it. With the no interest deal I was able to order the whole set, which was nice because now my furniture will match.

I cannot tell you how long I’ve needed bar stools for my kitchen. They all seemed to be so expensive wherever I went… until I discovered Bel Furniture! 2 stools for under $150?! That’s unheard of anywhere else.

Weve been here several times and every time it was a good experience. The staff is outgoing and helpful and weve always found pretty much what we were looking for for a okay price. We never had any issues with delivery either. Weve been going here several years now and well keep going in the future. This has been a pretty relaible store for us.

5. My daughter is 8 and just decided she wants a princess bed. I know she is going to change her mind in a few years when she goes off to jr high so I refused to pay a lot for it. Soooooo glad we went to bel. She could be over it in 6 months and we would still have gotten our money’s worth!

My husband and I purchased a living room set on December 10th 2013 from Bel furniture,in the past we have only purchased furniture from Gallery Furniture . We both loved the set we purchased and could not wait for it to be delivered. The furniture was delivered 12/16/2013 after a few days the recliner would not recline and the stitching was coming apart at the seam on our couch. I called Bel and was told someone would call me back from corporate in 48 hours, they did call but we missed it and have not been able to reach anyone from there since. I am very disappointed in the quality. I have never had a issue not one with any furniture I have ever purchased in the past. We take very good care of what we have and to no fault of ours is the reason of this furniture already coming apart and broken, It seems to be very poorly made. To save money in the long run read the reviews before purchasing . I now wish I would have just gone back to Gallery where I know what I am buying. I would not rate Bel with even one star but I am not given that option here.

I decided to finally check out one of Bel’s sales and I was pleasantly surprised by amount of furniture they had in stock. Very nice to see, too, that the furniture was well-made and sturdy. My office was looking for a few desks – now it all looks so swanky!

Bel has a very nice mattress showroom and helpful staff on hand to steer you in the right direction. My husband and I bought sets for ourselves and our kids and actually slept on the new mattresses that same night. It feels great to sleep on new beds in our new home. Will definitely be back for kitchen stuff.

If you are looking for a luxurious mattress, I would suggest you check out Bel’s sale right now. I basically got half off a Restonic pillow top, which would have been so much more at a regular mattress vendor. They have deals on the twin beds too, if you have a son or daughter in need of a comfy bed. I don’t really need any furniture right now, but I’m definitely keeping them in mind for the future.

Went into Bel to buy this living room set my wife was nagging me about and then they gave me 2 free TVs! Now we can watch what we want when we want! I kept the bigger TV hehe.

Definitely recommend Bel for its friendly staff and fantastic prices. The salesperson that helped me was very patient, even when I took like 30 minutes trying to decide on the right color!

Really love their kids furniture. Very bright and functional at the same time. My daughter loves her new full sized bed. I just hope she doesn't grow out of it too soon!

Loving my new SertaPedic bed from Bel. Much more economical than going to a mattress store. Did my shopping all in one place.

We really needed new living room furniture; the kids had really put our old furniture through the wringer and the couch and loveseat were on their last legs. When my husband mentioned that we should go to Bel Furniture, I knew there was something else going on, but I figured I would just take advantage of my husband actually wanting to go shopping and buy new furniture. When we got to the showroom in Webster, I saw that select purchases came with 3D HDTVs and I was so excited! We got a huge sectional that everyone can lounge on and our 3D HDTV is out of this world!

My girlfriend and I recently moved to Webster, where I will be stationed for the next year. We’re from Michigan and didn't want to bring our old furniture, but we also didn't want to live in an empty house for months. My girlfriend found Bel Furniture through Facebook and easily ordered a house full of furniture, set to arrive the day after we did. Not only was it cheaper than we expected, but the furniture is awesome and was on time. We couldn't ask for more!

My boyfriend and I just bought a house and decided it was time to get rid of our hand-me-down furniture. When he saw on Facebook that Bel Furniture was offering 3D HDTVs with furniture sets, he was in the car ready to go shopping before I could even put on my shoes. He let me have full reign and I chose a gorgeous 10 piece set and he got his 51” TV. We’re both so happy with our purchase – thanks Bel Furniture!

I’ve been trying to get my husband to help me pick new bedroom furniture for months, but it’s like he’s allergic to stores. I finally got him to at least sit down at the computer with me and look at Bel Furniture’s online site. After browsing through, we’d narrowed it down to about five choices and my husband was actually enjoying the process. I love the set we chose and can’t wait for it to get here!

My Boyfriend and I just got back from our trip to the Bel Furniture Super Store in Webster. We went to check out their Memorial Day sale after I saw it posted on Facebook. I was half-expecting to find tons of stuff on sale, just not the stuff I wanted, but I was pleasantly surprised with the selection. Even though we just went in for a couch, we ended up buying the whole set because it was such a good deal.
