        They convinced my daughter into purchasing service that was not needed. A basic oil change should not cost $100. i would think a business would find it more profitable to be honest and provide great service and see customers return.

        A Jiffy Lube employee left the plug off of my differential during an oil change which caused me to loose fluid for several hours until my husband noticed it. Upon taking it back and buying amsoil differential fluid Jiffy Lube put the fluid back in my differential. The manager offered to do a transmission fluid change for free for their mess up. We went and purchased amsoil tranny fluid for it and they changed it. Less than 500 miles from the time they changed the tranny fluid my transmission started slipping due to lack of fluid in the transmission. The store manage and the Jiffy Lube warranty specialists I spoke with said it's their fault and they'd fix it. Now today they say the claim has been denied. Do not go to Jiffy Lube Granbury, TX

        I went to the location on S. Main to have my vehicle inspected. Everyone of the young men were so respectful and courteous. One young man even walked me back to my vehicle opened the door for me and shut it behind me! Cuddos to their parents for bringing them up with manners and also to the management of jiffy lube for installing it in their employees! Wonderful employees! Thank you, Diana

        this place is an alright place to get an oil change\inspect....... for an ex employee ive seen they treat custmers cars good.,

        oil change

        when they changed my oil they cracked the oil cap and put silicone around it. When it started to leak oil I took it else where to be checked and thats when they found the crack and said I was lucky that the engine did'nt freeze up. I Will never take my car there again.

        This is not a Kwik Kar

        Older facility and pretty dirty. This is NOT a Kwik Kar. This is a Jiffy Lube. It worries me when a business does not keep thier listing current. What does it say about the service.
