Jagg Small Engine Service

This is the absolute worst shop I’ve ever had to deal with! To give the entire story:

I dropped off my pressure washer back in May. Unfortunately, I had to deal with poor customer service from Generac to agree on paying for a part and labor (all covered under warranty). Through this process (which I had to handle with no support from the shop) they got antsy and extremely impatient with me (mentioned the small pressure washer was taking up space). I had zero control over the process of Generac. I received many calls from the shop owners wife, constantly in the process of this. I kept them in the loop of what was going on and that I was pushing Generac as much as possible. After finally getting this moved through and approved the shop ignored multiple voicemails. Eventually, I was able to get ahold of the shop and the owner kept speaking over me when I just merely wanted clarification and a timeline. The lack of support, understanding or customer service is mind blowing. If the shop needed this moved faster, support from a licensed Generac dealer would have helped to move this along as opposed to bashing a customer over it and leaving them to do it all.
