Non-Surgical Nose Job / Rhinoplasty - I researched online to have this procedure done. Dr. Pontell had amazing reviews and terrific patient before and after photos, so I email Dr Pontell a few questions. He replied later with very detailed answers. I called the office to make an appointment. His staff is very knowledgeable in the procedures, and they were able to answer even more questions. I made an appointment, and felt very comfortable in moving forward. Which means all of my questions were answered, and the Dr made me very comfortable, as I have a very client facing job and would not jeopardize it at all. A little numbing cream, and I now have a nice, straight arch that perfectly balances out my face. I love it! If you are thinking about it, make the appointment and talk to Dr Pontell!

Throughout my rhinoplasty procedure with Dr. Pontell and his staff I had a fabulous experience. Not only are my final results better than I imagined, but both Dr. Pontell and everyone at his practice were incredibly helpful from my first appointment until my last. I was initially nervous to have my rhinoplasty and could not have imagined the process being any easier or more successful. I especially appreciated Dr. Pontell's experience and expertise. I trusted his opinions and abilities and looking back I would not have asked for anything to have been done differently. He is great at what he does! The staff was always available to explain everything thoroughly and their kindness and thoughtfulness was exceptional.

I had rhinoplasty and had an excellent experience. The surgery and follow up went well. I initially had an infection that caused some discomfort but Dr. Pontell addressed this right away and it cleared up. I am very happy with the final results. That was as couple of years ago. Today, I returned and had a syringe of Restylane injected in my lips to make them more full. Numbing cream was applied first and after 30 minutes, Dr. Pontell did the injections. I could barely feel them because my mouth was so numb. The whole process was very easy.

I had rhinoplasty and a chin implant with Dr. Pontell. Overall, I was excited but also nervous to have these procedures done. Dr. Pontell did everything to calm my nerves and I knew I was in great hands. The recovery was easier than I expected with very minimal pain. Kathy at the front desk was also wonderful to work with!

Past history of blepharoplasty - upper lower and cont to enjoy results . More recent fillers and Botox to improve my lower face - very pleased. Look more vibrant and feel more youthful.

I had revision rhinoplasty (3rd procedure) with Dr. Pontell and am incredibly pleased thus far! I had been looking for a surgeon I trust for the better of five years. I saw Dr. Pontell for three consultations before scheduling the procedure. He, along with the entire office, was always patient and answered my many questions. Had an upper and lower blepharoplasty. The staff was very patient and attentive. Dr. Pontell really cares about his patients. He does excellent work. One suggestion would be the post op instructions. They can be a bit confusing, but Dr. Pontell is available with any questions at any time. Great service and results. Would Definitely recommend!!

Procedure: Rhinoplasty I thoroughly researched this procedure and surgeons. I wanted a surgeon with top tier education and training credentials, who is primary focus is the face, and has proven results, and I had high expectations as this procedure involved my face. Now that it is complete I really could not be happier with my experience with Dr. Pontel, his staff, the surgery center, and results.

I had a traditional facelift done by Dr. Pontell about 2 months ago. I am extremely happy with my results-people have said that I look like I have lost weight, or that I look refreshed, but no one has asked if I had anything done-nice and natural looking, I am very pleased! I had a revision rhinoplasty done with Dr Pontell. I selected him after researching doctors experienced with revisions. My original rhinoplasty was done 7 years ago and had resulted in slight 'Polly beak' and a hanging columella. In addition, my elongated nostrils were never really addressed. As early as the initial consult I was pleased that Dr Pontell had the experience and skill to fix all these issues. The surgery itself went great and the final outcome (I am about 7 weeks post op) was even better than my expectations. I am loving my improved look!

When I moved to the Philly area from NY I was in search of a great doctor for Botox and fillers. I saw a few of the top Plastic Surgeons in the area before finding Doctor Pontell. I will never see anyone else and will only recommend people to Doctor Pontell. He rarely runs late, his staff is professional and most importantly he is a true master at his craft. I have not personally had major work done but 2 family members have seem Doctor Pontell for more major work and results have been breathtaking!

I had an open rhinoplasty done by Dr. Pontell and the experience was very quick and easy. The surgery went very smoothly and recovery only took a week. I barely had any bruising and the pain did not even bother me. The results came out fabulous when he removed the cast even though I was still very swollen.
