Ruby Tuesday

My husband and I stopped by on 2/11/2006 around 4:45 pm. After waiting 6 minutes for someone to take our drink order a young lady stopped by and asked what we would like to drink. About 5 minutes later our real waitress came and took our order. That was the last time we saw our waitress. Our food was brought out by a guy . Finally after we finished our meal my husband had to get up and get our $1.99 drinks refilled. We sat for about another 8-10 minutes and my husband had to get up and ask for a to go box from the manager. Five minutes later our waitress left our ticket on the table without asking how everything was or asking if we needed anything else. I noticed on the ticket that we were charged for mushrooms that I did not order. When I pointed this out to her (Leah)she snatched my ticket from my hand and then returned a couple of minutes later and threw it on my table before I could say anything. My husband complained to the manager and not one time did he appologize to us.
