Brad's Johns & Septic

Terrible service. My girlfriend and I had moved in about 7-8 months ago into our new house. And we wanted to get our tank pumped. So she had scheduled an appointment with Brad johns... But he never showed up, so we call him and his wife said that HE had lost our phone number, which is fine accidents happen. We called him again and scheduled another appointment, he never showed up. And then I had called and left him a voicemail, because the tank kept filling and filling. They never got back in touch with us or anything. So our friend/land lord called them today asking him to come out, and Brad johns rudely answered the phone and said the he had made 2 special trips here, and that he refuses to come do it anymore.

Well I Brad johns, your customer service is terrible, everything about your company is if you want the honest truth... This is not the first time I have heard of and or dealt with problems relative to this company.

I strongly advise you to look else where for a service!!!!!

Our business contacted Brad's Johns about servicing our porta potty on our construction site. They serviced once but then quickly the service went downhill from there. They would constantly say they would be there and not show up. Very unprofessional and I would only recommend to stay away.
