I was terminated as a customer via a email less than 1 business day before my next cleaning.This was because I complained about the work not being done, dead bugs on the carpet/window sills, kitchen cabinet doors with dust/dirt, garbage not taken out or left in the driveway so animals got in it, they broke my shower head and blamed me, broken picture, left all the lights on in the house, carpet not vacuumed, kitchen floor not mopped.
They said I complained to much I guess asking for the work to be done that was promised on their scheduled rotation is to much to ask. Even the QA supervisor came back and said the work wasn't done as promised. Don't hire this company!
The owner has the worst customer service and doesn't return phone calls.Even the cleaning authority customer service dept said this was the most unprofessional way to handle busy!

We’re sorry that you were unhappy with your service. We tried many things to improve the level of service in your home, including increased inspections and changing teams. We responded professionally to every issue and took responsibility for all breakage and damage issues. Unfortunately, we were unable to consistently satisfy you as a customer. Over the 15 years we've been in business, we’ve had thousands of very happy customers, but we know we are not the right fit for everybody. Unfortunately, we felt this was one of these cases. I do not recommend this cleaning company. The owner is a liar and a scammer and is not professional! Not an honest company, i would not recommend this company to anybody i know

Robin, I am sorry you had a negative experience as an employee here. I know you indicated that we just were not a good fit. I wish you had given us more than a few days before you made that decision. I would not recommend this cleaning service.
While the employees on the cleaning team were very nice and I believe they attempted to clean my house the best they could given their method, I feel the "green" products they use are ineffective. When I called the owner several times about rings in my toilet, he insinuated I must have a unique situation in my home and mentioned things such as excess humidity and asked if I kept the door closed due to pet issues which did not apply to me.
Like another reviewer, I had soap residue in my bathtub after cleaning, and another time my kitchen floor appeared not to have even been swept let alone washed, but I decided not to waste my time calling the owner because he never took my concerns seriously nor offered any additional cleaning or inspection.
The final straw was when, the day after cleaning, I noticed an antique clock in our house that had been seriously damaged. The pendulum was in 2 pieces on the table next to the clock and when I tried to pick up the clock it came apart in my hands in several pieces. It had been propped together so as to not be too noticeable. The owner defended his employees and said they didn't remember anything about the clock being damaged adding "and I believe them". Of course, no offer of repair, only an offer to pick up the clock so they could see it and possibly jog their memories. The clock was in no shape to be transported - it was in pieces!
Beware if you use this company. My main complaint is the owner is very wordy and defensive if you complain. I have gotten long-winded emails and had conversations with him more than once but NEVER ANY OFFER TO MAKE THE SITUATION RIGHT.
