ZERO STARS!! I told the lawn guy to avoid the small metal flags from our dogs invisible fence and also the heated sub pump hose leading from the house.. he choose to run over each flag repeatedly and chop up the expensive heated hose. When questioned he simple said he didn't see them and didn't remember talking about them. HUGE SILVER HOSE AND BRIGHT PINK FLAGS!! You didn't see them??? Also would run around on the lawnmower very quickly never doing the trimming nor blowing off the hard surfaces.. when I spoke to Kurt he had a high almighty attitude!! What lawn company gets $89.00 a time for 30 minutes of work????? Rude unprofessional inexperienced company.

Would give 0 stars if could. I do not recommend. Started out okay..so-so...took multiple applications before I saw any change. Now the yard looks like a football field....big stripes the length of front and back yard. They sprayed and a day later dead stripes. Tried to blame it on our mower but haven't mowed in over a week. Happened to see relatives yard sprayed by them and same thing! Kurt is not a cust service person and doesn't care. We were both told the operations mgr would take a look and never heard back.

If I could give zero stars I would. They can't keep their billing practices straight... We prepaid for the year and every time they came to service the lawn throughout the year, they kept telling us we had balances unpaid and late charges. We had to make several phone calls to clear up the confusion. The following year they came to service our lawn after we cancelled them and are forcing us to pay because they "provided a service that they can't take back". They are saying we have no proof that we cancelled (it was done over the phone). Kurt is one of the rudest people I have ever talked to in my life. Good luck getting rid of them if you already have them...I suggest making a video of your cancellation phone call.
