If you have long hair GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They knotted my hair where the twist started. At the bottom of the twist they did not braid past my hair so wher she knotted the twist she knotted my hair too. Her little helper will try to pull your brains out if you let her. When she cut the loose hair she cut into the twist and just sent me home like that. So I had to go back and have them redo those twist. And I think whatever hair was hanging after they stop twisting she just cut that too when she cut the loose strands. I had my ends freshly cut when I went. My hair is not even close to even. I feel like they charged me extra b/c of the length of my hair and then just stopped braiding when you felt like it anyway. Then to cut into the twist and act like you didn't notice what you did. Like I wasn't going to come back. UNPROFESSIONAL! Never again will I go there. Didn't want to give the one star but you had to pick at least one. O*'s for them.
