Tire-Rifik

Took my car there lady was very nice over the phone. Got a call twice about suspension problems asking me if I wanted it fixed I said yes It has to be fixed to do the job right. This was good. I went to pick up my car and the guy behind the counter wouldn't stop complaining about my tire selection that they gave me. He said I wasn't smart enough to navigate the web site. He also had to complain about fixing the suspension how much extra work it was to move it from one lift to another. They are supposed to be a specialty shop in this department. He was constantly talking down to me and treated my wife in the same manner when she dropped the car off. They did good work but I would rather pay $100 more for someone who will treat me with respect. I need tires for my truck, but will be going elsewhere. Unfortunately I'm stuck with them for the free rotation and balance.

On our way north for the holiday weekend (on a Saturday morning) we found ourselves on the side of the road with a shredded tire on our boat trailer. We contacted numerous places in the Watertown area to inquire about buying and getting two new tires put on. They all had 4-6 hours wait times! We were already behind our planned arrival time due to the tire blow out. It had been a rough, long morning and all we wanted was to just buy two new tires (and put on) for the trailer and get back on the road. I came across Tire Rifik after searching more tire places in the Watertown area on my phone. We gave them a call, explained what we needed and he said if you can get here soon we should be able to do it right away. Well we were there within 5-10 minutes. The man was nice and understood our situation. He had us back the boat trailer up in the back lot of their shop and had a worker get the new tires on ASAP. He said you need to be up north fishing not here. We said yeah that's what we are trying to do! LOL He said we will have you out of here in no time. Within a half hour we had new tires on the boat trailer and we were back on the road. I'm so glad I found this shop when searching on my phone for tire places in Watertown. If it wasn't for Tire Rifik we would have still been sitting waiting at on of those other places by the time we arrived up north! Thanks guys!

Ok so the first time I called them to set up an appointment I inquired how much it would cost for them to do something, and the guy I was talking to basically b*tched me out for asking. So when I came to pick up the car the next day that same guy told me what was wrong and I asked if there were any small things I could do to try to reduce the problem. He looked at me like I was an idiot and flat out said no and gave me no advice whatsoever. They charged me over $100 for doing almost nothing to the car. That being said, I will never go back to that place.

Friendly,reasonable and family run. Nice facility to wait while vehicle is being done.
