If you can go to a different dialysis center. This company staff is not easy to work with at this location if you are a patient that manages your health care well and ask questions. The staff does not like being challenged . It's a difficult thing to remain here because they don't want to let a patient transfer out to a different company if you are not happy. Because they know they will loose the funds from your insurance company and they don't want that. So they tolerate and administration avoids contact with staff, and makes the nurse the final say and the nurse can't handle a patient that ask challenging questions. The techs fir the most part are helpful but they know where the buck stops at the nurse.
