Sisters Hair Braiding

I went to Sisters last Friday and absolutely loved the ladies who took care of me. After initially being told by a place in Bristol that they "Didn't do white people's hair", I found Sisters who gladly rowed me up. It looks fantastic and I've been getting much feedback from people. Mostly positive, but there's always going to be haters out there!!! Thank you Sisters and I'll see you soon.

I got my hair done here into the Sengelese twists and I loved it at first! Within 2 weeks my twists looked like I had them done for two months! They were falling out! I went back and they fixed the edges and then told me to come back another day, so I did! I then met with the manager and she told me to just take them out bc it was a lost cause! She offered to do them over but when I went back the hairdresser told me she was too tired and her hand was hurt to do the sengelese twists! I was so unhappy and disappointed that I just got regular braids bc they were doing it over for free! The owner is very nice but I would not go back!

I went there on 12/6/2012 to get my hair braided. I brought a picture if the style and called ahead of time for pricing. There was only one person in the shop and she could not do the style that I wanted. I showed her a photo of another style, and she said that she could do that one. The end result was horrible. It looked nothing like the photo and she was really pulling my hair. I had to hold the front part of the braid in order to protect the front. I should have went to the place I went to before, but I wanted to be cheap and get it done here. Then there was another girl who I guess was the braiders friend, who was cutting her toe nails with a razor in the chair across from me. I learned my lesson with this place and I would advise anyone to not go here unless you want to not have the style and quality that you want!

This family offers great braiding and a family atmosphere. The ladies are polite, funny and intrested in delivery the best hair styles at a fair price. Their customer service is impeccable! They want to make sure ALL of their customers leave beautiful and happy!
