        tired of seeing the buses go from route 8 south entering 84 east DURING WORK RUSH HOUR and unsafely crossing across the lanes to get off at exit 22....sign on entrance ramp tells cars not do so..so i would think a much larger vehicle would be much more risky. saw a few near misses last year and it will be a bigtime mess once that the inevitable accident happens and closes 84 east on the mix bridge. not to mention the driver i saw one day wearing a hoodie - hood up to further impede their eyesight. going to be nasty when it finally happens if the buses don't start obeying the traffic signage. stop and decease!

        Incompetent incompetent !!! General manager . I cant believe my kids have to be transported in these buses. If it wasnt for the wonderful drivers this bus lot would be nothing. GM needs to go!

        Well, were should I start.. My daughter attends St. Mary's school in waterbury, school dismisal time is 3:05, she doesn't get picked up from school until 3:44 - 4:00pm, she arrives home almost at 4:45pm... This has being happening now for 2 years in a row, you figured that by now something would have being done but "NO"...nothing, nada, zippo worst bus company ever, they shouldn't be on business. Awfull management also, no consideration or respect for the children

        One of the worst school Bus companies, speeding drivers, drivers using cell phone while transporting students, and poor management. Follow them on 84 and see for yourself.

        i have 2 special needs children in an after school program. we live 5 minutes from the school. it took over on hour and a half for them to get home. can you imagine 2 autistic children stuck on a 5 minute bus ride for over an hour and a half!!!! the drivers excuse was she was asking the children for directions because she didn't know the route. has anyone at this company ever heard of map quest???? i wouldn't ask "average" 8-10 yr old's for directions during the day, never mind at night in the dark, and special needs kids on top of it. they should be ashamed of themselves. i now have 2 hysterical children crying and all upset because of someone elses stupidity.i would never recommend to put the trust and care of your children into this company
