I lost my job and apartment and when my car got repossessed I was told I had a month to get my things out of it. I took the 2hour trip to retrieve my things and when I got there I found that it had all been stolen. They were extremely rude to me and blamed the sheriff's department and blamed me saying "well it's not our fault you didn't pay." After I had already explained that I didn't mind the repossession, I know that ifi you don't pay, you lose the car, ask I wanted was my son's car seat and things out of it.

The day I bought the car I had to drive a rental off the lot because it wouldn't start. When I saw this, I told them I wanted to purchase a different car because I didn't want to buy a car that was broken down. The response I got was ridiculous... "you've already signed a contact on this car, sorry!"

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! THESE PEOPLE ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND CHEATS!

Landon was my sales person and he was absolutely awesome and amazing. The process was quick and easy. Their selection of cars was amazing as well. I got a Hummer that im in love with. I would most definitely recommend 1st place auto to anyone lookin for a vehicle.

As I read other reviews on different sites it appears this is very common for this place to do people very wrong. AutoNote, LLC is the financing bank with this location and is partnered. BEWARE! just had the same exact experience and apparently the car I purchased had bad pistons. Brought it back next morning and was given 3 loaners and each had something wrong with them. They repo'd my car for being a few weeks late not even 30 days had I owned the car, when repo'd they stole 800 from my wallet! He pretty much said I was accusing Sheriffs of stealing my money. Sheriffs do not repo cars! I asked how much to get car back they said not an option, per contract I have the right to redeem. They screw people over and sadly steal during repo's and blame it on the Sheriffs dept. I can accept Repo even though it was extra shady but stealing money ? Even stated they will file an insurance claim cause car was dirty. I have kids and vacuuming does not constitute a insurance claim.

I'm on my second vehicle with 1st Place Auto. Ace has treated me and my family with kindness and respect. I cannot say enough about Allen Flowers and the extra measures he took to personally see to it I was rolling in my next vehicle. I am a faithful customer for life! Blessed to have found such a friendly company that has gone above and beyond to put me in both of my vehicles. Thank you thank you thank guys!!! Your stuck with me now!
